Welcome to LATINOS DRIVE CLUB LLC.<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, participation in, and use of the services offered by LATINOS DRIVE CLUB, as well as registration for its driving programs and activities.<\/p>

By completing the registration form, making a payment, or participating in any of our activities, you expressly and voluntarily agree<\/strong> to all the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any of them, we recommend that you do not continue with the registration or participation process.<\/p>

  1. Purpose<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    LATINOS DRIVE CLUB is a driver training and practice program whose purpose is to provide instruction and training to people interested in learning to drive in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.<\/p>

    1. Registration and Participation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
      • To participate, applicants must complete the registration form<\/strong> with accurate, current, and complete information.<\/li>
      • LATINOS DRIVE CLUB reserves the right to accept or reject applications<\/strong> without obligation to justify its decision.<\/li>
      • Participants will be notified of their selection through the program's official channels.<\/li><\/ul>
        1. Use of Image and Audiovisual Material<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          By registering, the participant authorizes LATINOS DRIVE CLUB<\/strong> to use their name, photographs, recordings and\/or videos captured during the activities for advertising or promotional<\/strong> purposes.
          This authorization does not imply any payment or compensation and is granted indefinitely, unless expressly revoked in writing.<\/p>

          1. Participant Responsibility<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
            • The participant agrees to maintain appropriate, responsible and respectful behavior<\/strong> during all activities.<\/li>
            • It is strictly forbidden to participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, prohibited substances or medications<\/strong> that impair your reaction time or driving ability.<\/li>
            • Companions<\/strong> are not allowed during classes or practice sessions.<\/li>
            • Any inappropriate conduct or conduct that puts the safety of the instructors, the participant, or third parties at risk may result in the immediate suspension<\/strong> of your participation without the right to a refund.<\/li><\/ul>
              1. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                • Payments must be made at least 48 hours<\/strong> before the start of the course or practice.<\/li>
                • Payments are accepted in cash (USD), verifiable Zelle, or credit\/debit cards.<\/strong><\/li>
                • If the participant decides not to continue<\/strong>, there will be no refund<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li>
                • If the participant has paid for one or more sessions and is unable to complete them due to reasons attributable to him, 50% of the amount paid<\/strong> will be retained and the difference will be refunded within a maximum period of 48 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>

                    1. Terms of Service<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
                      • LATINOS DRIVE CLUB may reschedule or postpone classes<\/strong> due to adverse weather conditions or road safety reasons.<\/li>
                      • No driver accreditation<\/strong> certificates will be issued after completion of the course or practical training.<\/li>
                      • Participants are responsible for complying with the traffic laws of the State of Georgia<\/strong> at all times.<\/li><\/ul>
                        1. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          All content, materials, logos, videos, photographs, texts, and documents generated by LATINOS DRIVE CLUB are the exclusive property of the program.
                          Their reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

                          1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                            LATINOS DRIVE CLUB is not responsible for:<\/p>

                            • Material or personal damage resulting from improper use of the vehicle or failure to comply with safety regulations.<\/li>
                            • Economic or personal losses resulting from the cancellation or modification of classes due to causes beyond the program's control.<\/li>
                            • Negligent or reckless conduct of the participant.<\/li><\/ul>
                              1. Confidentiality and Data Protection<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                The information provided by participants will be treated in accordance with the current Privacy Policy<\/strong> of LATINOS DRIVE CLUB.<\/p>

                                1. Modifications<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                  LATINOS DRIVE CLUB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions<\/strong> at any time, notifying participants through the usual means of communication or by posting the updated version on the platform.<\/p>

                                  1. Acceptance<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
