Welcome to LATINOS DRIVE CLUB LLC.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, participation in, and use of the services offered by LATINOS DRIVE CLUB, as well as registration for its driving programs and activities.

By completing the registration form, making a payment, or participating in any of our activities, you expressly and voluntarily agree to all the terms set forth below. If you do not agree with any of them, we recommend that you do not continue with the registration or participation process.

  1. Purpose

LATINOS DRIVE CLUB is a driver training and practice program whose purpose is to provide instruction and training to people interested in learning to drive in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

  1. Registration and Participation
  • To participate, applicants must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information.
  • LATINOS DRIVE CLUB reserves the right to accept or reject applications without obligation to justify its decision.
  • Participants will be notified of their selection through the program's official channels.
  1. Use of Image and Audiovisual Material

By registering, the participant authorizes LATINOS DRIVE CLUB to use their name, photographs, recordings and/or videos captured during the activities for advertising or promotional purposes.
This authorization does not imply any payment or compensation and is granted indefinitely, unless expressly revoked in writing.

  1. Participant Responsibility
  • The participant agrees to maintain appropriate, responsible and respectful behavior during all activities.
  • It is strictly forbidden to participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, prohibited substances or medications that impair your reaction time or driving ability.
  • Companions are not allowed during classes or practice sessions.
  • Any inappropriate conduct or conduct that puts the safety of the instructors, the participant, or third parties at risk may result in the immediate suspension of your participation without the right to a refund.
  1. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
  • Payments must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the course or practice.
  • Payments are accepted in cash (USD), verifiable Zelle, or credit/debit cards.
  • If the participant decides not to continue, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
  • If the participant has paid for one or more sessions and is unable to complete them due to reasons attributable to him, 50% of the amount paid will be retained and the difference will be refunded within a maximum period of 48 hours.
  • Todos los cursos deben completarse en un máximo de 45 días consecutivos desde la primera clase.
    • Si el participante excede este plazo sin justificación válida, se aplicará una penalidad del 10% sobre el valor del curso o clase pendiente.
  1. Terms of Service
  • LATINOS DRIVE CLUB may reschedule or postpone classes due to adverse weather conditions or road safety reasons.
  • No driver accreditation certificates will be issued after completion of the course or practical training.
  • Participants are responsible for complying with the traffic laws of the State of Georgia at all times.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, videos, photographs, texts, and documents generated by LATINOS DRIVE CLUB are the exclusive property of the program.
Their reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

LATINOS DRIVE CLUB is not responsible for:

  • Material or personal damage resulting from improper use of the vehicle or failure to comply with safety regulations.
  • Economic or personal losses resulting from the cancellation or modification of classes due to causes beyond the program's control.
  • Negligent or reckless conduct of the participant.
  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

The information provided by participants will be treated in accordance with the current Privacy Policy of LATINOS DRIVE CLUB.

  1. Modifications

LATINOS DRIVE CLUB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying participants through the usual means of communication or by posting the updated version on the platform.

  1. Acceptance

By formalizing registration or participating in LATINOS DRIVE CLUB activities, the participant declares that he has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use in their entirety.
