At LATINOS DRIVE CLUB, we value the commitment and responsibility of our participants. This policy aims to clearly establish the conditions under which refunds or reimbursements are issued for payments made for driving courses or lessons.
- Payments and Confirmation of Participation.
- Full or partial payment for the course must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the start of classes or practical sessions.
- Payments can be made by cash (USD), verifiable Zelle, or credit/debit cards.
- By making the payment, the participant confirms their reservation and accepts the Terms and Conditions of the program.
- Cancellation by the Participant
- If the participant decides not to continue with their participation after payment has been made, there will be no refund of any amount.
- In the event that the participant has paid for one or more sessions and is unable to complete them for personal reasons or reasons unrelated to the program, a charge of 50% of the total amount paid will be applied, with only the difference being refunded within 48 hours of notification.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used initially.
- Rescheduling or Postponement
- If weather, technical or safety conditions prevent the normal development of the classes, LATINOS DRIVE CLUB may reschedule the sessions at no additional cost to the participant.
- In these cases, no refund applies, as the class will be rescheduled on a date convenient for both parties.
- Absence or Abandonment
- If the participant does not attend their classes on the established dates or leaves the program without prior notice, it will be considered as a class taught , without the right to a refund.
- If the participant does not complete their course within a period of 45 consecutive days from the start, they will have to pay a penalty of 10% of the cost of the pending course or class before continuing.
- Cancellation by LATINOS DRIVE CLUB
In the event that LATINOS DRIVE CLUB must permanently suspend an activity or course for reasons beyond the participant's control, the following options will be offered:
- Reschedule the course or class for a new date; or
- Request a full refund of the amount paid within a maximum period of 5 business days.
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund (when applicable), the participant must:
Send a written request to the official LATINOS DRIVE CLUB email address (informacion@latinosdriveclub.com)
- Include full name, contact number, payment date, amount, and reason for request.
- The administrative team will verify the information and process the return in accordance with the conditions of this policy.
- Exceptions
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Personal decision not to continue with the course.
- Offenses or disciplinary sanctions that result in the suspension of the participant.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair performance.
- Failure to meet the established attendance deadlines.
- Acceptance
By making a payment or registering for any LATINOS DRIVE CLUB activity, the participant acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth in this Return and Refund Policy.
